About 75tools
75tools brings together free everyday tools: compress or merge a PDF, convert a photo, make a QR code, a French invoice, a cancellation letter or an email signature, work out French VAT or the number of days between two dates. The site has been built and maintained by Radif Partners since January 2026. Every tool works without an account and without limits; only MyCard, the digital business card, needs a sign-up to publish your card.
Our method
- Processing in your browser. Files you open in a tool (PDFs, images, text) are transformed by your own device and are not sent to any server; 75tools keeps no copy.
- Rules checked at the source. Invoice requirements, VAT rates, cancellation and certificate rules are read on official French websites (service-public.fr, impots.gouv.fr, legifrance.gouv.fr, cnil.fr); technical formats on published standards (ISO, W3C, IETF). Every page lists its sources with the date they were read.
- French documents stay in French. Invoices, quotes, letters and certificates are produced in French, as French administrations and companies expect; the English pages explain each French term.
- Checkable calculations. Calculators show their formula and are tested on known cases before each release.
- Limits. Results are for guidance only and do not replace advice from a professional (accountant, lawyer) for a specific situation.
- Corrections. Report a mistake or an outdated rule to contact@75tools.fr; we fix and date the page.
Personal data and cookies
The site sets Google Analytics audience cookies (_ga, _ga_LNTVCQ9NEV, 13 months at most), without advertising; page stability is measured with Microsoft Clarity, without cookies. Details, legal basis and how to opt out: privacy and cookies.
Intellectual property
Text, graphics and code remain the property of the publisher; short quotations are allowed with a link to the original page. Content published by MyCard card holders remains their responsibility.
